Cousin Camp 1

We had our first ever Cousin Camp this year with the Esplin family. The idea is to have a week set aside every year for a vacation together, just with my immediate family. My mom's family still does a lot together, and we are slowly trying to transition into some time with just the Esplin's. Heather and Sam couldn't make it this year, because Sam is working a new job and couldn't get time off. Eric didn't come and Kimmy is in LA, so it was only half the family (and only half the fun).

Jeff and Wayne had work things to do on Monday and Tuesday (Jeff was in NM), so we didn't do a lot the beginning of the week. We took a ride on the Heber Creeper Monday night, which was only sort of fun. It was hot and slow and we were super glad we got half price tickets!

All the kids got to dig for a dinosaur skeleton and keep it, which was probably the most fun thing we did that day. I love the beginning of a photo bomb happening in the bottom right corner of this shot.
